Knitting Pattern Help

I am having trouble trying to find a couple of knitting patterns so thought I would post here in the hopes that someone may be able to help.

I am trying to find a tight fitting beanie pattern for a man and one of those beanies with the ear flaps that have become popular in recent times.

I'm only a beginner so only wanting patterns done on 2 needles and using 8ply wool.
