Movie Review: Scream 4

Gotta love an extra long weekend to go see the movies you've been dying to see.

Rhian and I caught up today to see this.  It's been years since I've seen these so I have been watching them all over the weekend.

Plot:  Ten years have passed, and Sidney Prescott, who has put herself back together thanks in part to her writing, is visited by the Ghostface Killer.

Movie Review: Red Riding Hood

There are a lot of similarities in the opening scenes of this movie and Twilight.  That's no surprise since it is the same director on this film.  Stunning scenery.
Plot:  Set in a medieval village that is haunted by a werewolf, a young girl falls for an orphaned woodcutter, much to her family's displeasure.

Movie Review: Just Go With It

Another movie for Dan and I.

I am only just getting into Adam Sandler.  I'm not a huge fan of some of his earlier stuff when he seems to be screaming all the time.  Jennifer Aniston is getting better with age.  The kids are annoying, but overall a good movie.

Plot:  On a weekend trip to Hawaii, a plastic surgeon convinces his loyal assistant to pose as his soon-to-be-divorced wife in order to cover up a careless lie he told to his much-younger girlfriend.

Movie Review: Rio

I had a couple of passes I needed to use up before the end of this monther so I dragged my friend, the fabulous Miss Danielle out to Carousel.

We had dinner at Fast Eddy's which really should be called Slow Eddy's. We never received our bottle of water nor were we given any serviettes.

The movie itself was funny but got a bit annoying when something happened to the sound right at the important bit in the middle which took them 15 minutes to fix up.

Plot: When Blu, a domesticated macaw from small-town Minnesota, meets the fiercely independent Jewel, he takes off on an adventure to Rio de Janeiro with this bird of his dreams.
